Build an ecosytem for healthy parenting

Updated: Jul 7

We hardly talk to each other now a days and often try to avoid each other to avoid confronting each other ! My client, mother of two opened up on something many parent may quietly struggle with. She was feeling lonely and isolated. Her husband loved her and their children, but he was always caught up at work, meetings. He enjoyed socializing, talking with friends for hours, and often when it came to sharing responsibilities at home, he seemed distant.

Was it that husband didn't understand the need to be available; be it as simple as coming home one or two days early from work and helping with some chores or spending time or he didn't simply want to do it or he just needed some guidance as he found himself unable to understand how and in what way to be there for his wife and family?

So, what’s really going on here? Is this a relationship crisis? Is this distancing a wake up call for the couple to work on their relationship to build a stronger ground for their marriage life to stand on?

Reduce the Gap !

Moving From Isolation Toward Connection

It’s normal to feel like you’re carrying the weight of parenting or the relationship alone. It’s tiring and isolating, but remember: relationships evolve. They don’t start perfect. You have the power to nurture that growth with understanding, communication, and support.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, remember—you’re not alone. Life as parents can be a joyful journey only if we are ready and prepare ourself to embrace the journey emotionally, pysically and creating an environment that creates healthy parenting style.

Need support or guidance to build a supportive environment and relationship?
